Accept our Google Ads access request
So we can run your campaign inside your own Google Ads account, Google will email you a request. Accept it. If you've already done this, you can skip this one.

Add a card for the small usage charges
You'll get one more email from us asking you to add a card. It covers the tiny, pay-as-you-go costs of your texts, emails and business phone number. They really are small, see below.

Most practices spend just a few dollars a month. Your balance tops up automatically when it runs low, so nothing gets interrupted. Prices are approximate and shown in US dollars; texts to UK and Australian numbers cost a little more.
What to expect
From here to your first clients
- SetupWe finish building and testing your landing page, tracking and follow-up. You do the four steps above.
- LaunchI email you your landing page, your business number and everything you need. Then your ads go live.
- First 5 daysGoogle learns who your best clients are. This learning phase takes at least five days, so don't judge the numbers yet.
- Leads arriveYou get a text and an email with each lead's details, and everything is in your account.
- After each consultAbout an hour later you get an “Action needed” email. Tap the one button that matches what happened. That teaches Google to find paying clients, not just enquiries.
Your payments are always clear
Your setup fee is paid and your card is saved for your 3-month pilot. Pilot payments start only on the day your ads go live, and I will email you before the first one. If you want to continue after the 3-month pilot program, I will send you a new link to confirm. You can cancel any time by emailing me at james@hypnoleadflo.com. No surprises.
